**About this Role**:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps-minded Administrator with hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence to support enterprise-wide agile transformation. This role involves close collaboration with product teams to automate environments, implement continuous integration and delivery, and embed agile practices across tools and processes. The individual will be instrumental in driving tool adoption, managing upgrades, and enhancing reporting capabilities through EasyBI and JIRA Portfolio.

**What you will do**:

- Set up and administer JIRA and Confluence instances, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Advise on upgrades, plugin analysis, and installation to maintain healthy tool environments.
- Support communications and stakeholder engagement across the JIRA and Confluence user community.
- Lead and facilitate the JIRA/Confluence Community of Practice.
- Collaborate with Demand and Lean Portfolio Managers to manage demand workflows.
- Partner with Solution and Agile Release Train Engineers to optimise JIRA workflows.
- Guide the development and enhancement of EasyBI dashboards and reporting functionality.
- Drive Agile Change Management by enabling business change adoption across people, processes, tools, and culture.
- Implement feedback mechanisms such as Agile Tools pulse surveys to evolve change plans.
- Define and communicate best practices for consistent templates and approaches across teams.
- Recommend and review plugins that enhance functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Leverage ScriptRunner and automation rules to streamline processes.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in JIRA and Confluence administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Skilled in managing upgrades and plugin installations with a focus on system health and performance.
- Capable of customising JIRA projects for multi-disciplinary teams, including workflows, permissions, screens, and issue types.
- Familiar with JIRA Portfolio and EasyBI for advanced reporting and planning.
- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (e.g., ScriptRunner).
- Technically proficient in tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, and WhiteSource.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
- Atlassian certification is desirable.
