**Expectation**:

- Experience building and supporting integrations built on REST services
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
- Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional teams of developers, analysts and operations stakeholders
- Strong ability to communicate technical ideas and defend rationale for technical decisions Collaborate with developers, QE, DevOps, and user experience to manage the overall Jira Platform.
- Develop and enhance Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, customized pages for company-wide use.
- Use Jira Java and REST APIs/integrations
- Understand and develop with Script Runner
- Develop and deploy custom plugins for Jira as well as evaluate and install plugins from the Atlassian Marketplace
- Develop new features on these platforms

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in IT industry with 4 years’ experience delivering both IT & business process solutions on the Atlassian platform (Server/Data Center preferred).
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence administration - including user management, troubleshooting permissions, complex JQL queries, and other day-to-day administration activities.
- Experience installing and upgrading Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Experience with extending Jira & Confluence functionality through JavaScript, Groovy, or Java.
- Conceptual and practical knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks.
- One or more Atlassian certifications is a plus.
