**Job description Job Title**:Customer Support Executive (US Shift)
**Location**: Mohali, Punjab
**Salary Range**:₹17,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Shift Timings**:6 pm to 3 am IST
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sangli, Maharashtra.
The role requires a professional who is patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, as you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Problem Resolution**:Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
**Documentation**: Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
**Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers to ensure their questions and issues are fully addressed and resolved.
**Feedback Management**: Escalate complex issues and feedback from customers to relevant internal teams for further assistance.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support the overall success of the department.
**Shift Flexibility**:Adapt to shift changes, including holidays and weekends, as required by the business needs.
**Compliance**:Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
**Experience**: Previous experience in customer support or a related role preferred.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
**Teamwork**:Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
