**Job Overview**:
The Customer Support Executive will serve as a vital link between our customers and our company, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with high standards of service. You will address a variety of customer needs, from inquiries to complex issue resolutions, contributing to higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Assistance and Payment Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders and process payments securely, addressing any questions related to pricing or billing.
- **Delivery and Refund Processing**: Monitor delivery issues, coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery, and manage refund processes as required.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Efficiently handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and contribute to team targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven track record as a customer support executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
