Uat Product Delivery

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Short Description**:
As a UAT Product Delivery Associate / Testing Associate I you will play the role of a Sr. Automation Tester and perform regression and functional automation which involves mitigating pre-production (test) defects, you will be an advocate for the business ensuring positive and negative results from testing are communicated, tracked and not repeated and ultimately demonstrate to business partners that functionality is as expected.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend all the Agile ceremonies related to the aligned area product and the scrum team.
- Review all project documentation such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirements Document, etc.
- Work closely with technology partners to identify, prioritize and automate the testing various of functionalities
- Create and aligned UAT artifacts (Test plans, milestones, trace matrix, Test scripts, defect and Test execution reports, Test Closure summary) with the CCB Ops UAT CoE standard methodology
- Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases
- Assess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product design
- Evaluate test processes/tools to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, or consolidation of test practices.
- Lead high/medium multiple test efforts as well as provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to peers
- May assist in leading team a team of UAT Specialists and Leads in manager’s absence

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree: Computer science, Computer engineering, math, or related engineering fields
- Should have good hands on experience into **JAVA, Java Script. **(Any other coding language is add on)
- Should be well versed with multiple automation frameworks.
- Should have knowledge of maven, cucumber, BBD, Jenkins etc
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience creating test plans, test scenarios and test scripts required.
- Minimum of 6+ years’ experience with JIRA, ALM or Quality Center and all its functionality
- Experience in backend testing using SQL and Basic Unix / Linux (FTP, File move, Start-Stop services / servers, triage using logs)
- Strong experience into tools like** Selenium, Appium, UFT, UIPath**
- Able to work independently as well as with a team to meet target dates
- Strong written and verbal communication

**Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Experience with Microsoft products
- Experience with automation testing Tools (QTP, UFT, Selenium, etc.) are good to have
