**Job Summary**
As a Test Analyst within the Data Solutions Testing COE, you will provide input to the UAT Test Strategy and Plan. You will work closely with operations experts, business analysts, and project managers to produce test plans and strategies. You will coordinate test execution across project work streams, ensuring quality and stability in technology platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide input to UAT Test Strategy/Plan
- Work closely with operations experts and stakeholders
- Coordinate test execution across project work streams
- Design and develop test scripts
- Report and track software/process defects
- Ensure test environments and data readiness
- Escalate issues to Project/Program Managers
- Analyze and review requirements
- Assist in defining quality gates and progress reports
- Operate across system, acceptance, regression test phases
- Ensure timely production of test deliverables

**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Software Testing and Finance
- Demonstrate knowledge of SDLC and Testing lifecycle
- Utilize test management tools like HP ALM, Zypher, and JIRA
- Understand Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting
- Communicate effectively

**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Obtain industry certifications in Software Testing and SDLC Models
- Familiarize with Fund Accounting products like SunGard InvestOne
- Gain domain knowledge of Derivatives and OTC products
- Deliver testing projects in Mutual Funds and Capital Markets
- Acquire knowledge of Custody operations and related areas
- Enhance communication skills
