**Job Title: Tester - UAT & Production Support (Banking & Card Domain)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Validate functional and non-functional requirements as per business specifications.
- Investigate, reproduce, and document defects or issues encountered during UAT or in production.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor production systems, handle incident management, and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Maintain test cases, test data, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support system upgrades and patch deployments from a testing and validation perspective.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and security standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **UAT testing** and **production support**.
- Hands-on experience in **Banking domain**, preferably in **Card domain** (credit/debit/prepaid card processing, disputes, settlements, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **test case preparation**, **execution**, and **defect tracking tools** (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work **6 days a week** from **office**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to **SQL** and ability to query databases for validation.
- Familiarity with card transaction lifecycle and industry standards (e.g., ISO8583).
- ISTQB certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
