
Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to join our team at our new caravan park with glamping site located in Munnar. As the face of our park, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests, register them upon arrival, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage Park bookings and ensure efficient allocation of caravans and various accommodations.
- Provide guests with local information and recommendations for activities and attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the reception area.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hospitality software is a plus.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
