**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Support**: Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
**Client Communication**: Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
**Task Management**: Create and maintain project schedules, track project milestones, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
**Resource Allocation**: Coordinate with various teams to allocate resources for projects, including design, content, and development.
**Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and client communication records.
**Quality Assurance**: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
**Budget Tracking**: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
**Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
**Reporting**: Generate regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
