Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior and exterior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior and exterior fit-outs, renovations, façade work, landscaping, or architectural finishes, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize interior and exterior projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Manage all phases of project development including design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, costs, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prepare project documentation including BOQs, timelines, cost estimates, progress reports, and invoices.
  • Manage site execution teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits at regular intervals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in managing interior and exterior projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification.
  • Experience with sustainable/green building practices.
  • Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
  • Local language is must
