**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and schedule content for **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter**.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in **Facebook Ads and social media advertising**.
- Monitor and analyze **social media metrics** to optimize engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, or related field**.
- Basic knowledge of **social media marketing, paid ads, and content creation**.
- Excellent creative and writing skills.

**For Experienced Professionals (2-4 Years)**:
We are hiring an **experienced Social Media Executive** to manage and optimize our social media channels and drive engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **social media content and engagement strategies**.
- Manage and optimize **paid advertising campaigns** on social media platforms.
- Analyze and report on performance using **Google Analytics and platform insights**.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and **social media algorithm updates**.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years** of experience in **social media management and marketing**.
- Expertise in **Facebook Ads, PPC, and engagement strategies**.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
