**Role Overview**:

- We are looking for a **proactive and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent** to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and drive sales growth. The role involves **resolving queries, promoting insurance products**, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inbound & Outbound Call Handling**:
- Manage calls from UK customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate product information.-
- Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.-
**Sales Achievement**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly **sales targets**.-
- Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products or services to meet customer needs.-
**Customer Experience**:
- Maintain **high levels of customer satisfaction** through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving.-
- Resolve queries promptly and ensure a positive customer journey.-
**Record Management**:
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.-
- Ensure data accuracy for reporting and compliance purposes.-
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members to achieve overall **sales and customer service goals**.-
- Share best practices and support colleagues to enhance team performance.-
**Compliance & Quality Assurance**:
- Adhere to **FCA regulations**, Consumer Duty principles, and company policies during all interactions.-
- Follow approved scripts and maintain high compliance scores in quality audits.**Qualities We Are Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to handle **sales objections** and negotiate effectively.- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.- Comfortable working in a **target-driven environment**.- Basic technical proficiency with CRM systems and telephony platforms.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Experience in **insurance sales**, call center operations, or financial services (preferred).- Knowledge of FCA guidelines and UK insurance market regulations (advantageous).
