**Job Responsibilities:Fabric Sample Management**:

- **Maintain & Organize Samples**:
Keep a well-organized catalog of all fabric sample records, ensuring proper documentation of codes, descriptions, and client details.
- **Inventory Management**:
Monitor fabric sample inventory to avoid shortages and ensure timely reordering.
- **Sample Dispatch**:
Coordinate the preparation and timely dispatch of fabric samples to clients. Ensure prompt deliveries and follow-ups.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:
Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure the smooth fulfillment of sample requests.
- **Tracking & Reporting**:
Ensure all fabric samples are tracked both digitally and physically. Provide regular reports on sample status to the management.

**Office Administration**:

- **Documentation & Communication**:
Manage all documentation related to fabric samples, including invoices, courier records, and client communication. Ensure all records are up to date and easily accessible.
- **Courier Coordination**:
Handle coordination with courier services for timely dispatch and delivery of fabric samples.
- **Office Operations**:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, answering incoming calls, and handling general office tasks.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:
Assist in basic data entry and generate reports for management’s review.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A degree in any field (preferably in têxtiles or business administration).
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in fabric sampling, the têxtile industry, or office administration is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory management and office administration.
- Excellent communication skills for client coordination.
- **Traits**:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
