Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at PrognoCIS EHR. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing exceptional support to our sales team during the pre-sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their unique requirements, and showcase the value proposition of our EHR solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to closing deals and expanding our customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective pre-sales strategies and solutions.
- Scheduled product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of PrognoCIS EHR.
- Schedule demonstrations and presentations to address specific client requirements and pain points.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position PrognoCIS EHR as a leading solution in the healthcare technology space.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in prospective client organizations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or sales support roles, preferably in the healthcare technology industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
