For this role, you will:

- Work with customers and prospects to understand their current business challenges and determine how we

can plan to provide a solution
- Support the planning and execution of a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects while monitoring

ongoing operation
- Be responsible for stakeholder management, leveraging and disseminating IT service management best

practices, and adding rigor and process to project program definition, implementation, and deployment.
- Lead delivery planning and execution, governance, status reporting, risk and issues management
- Collaborate with Support Teams and the project team to deliver the projects on time on budget
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations as required
- Working with the solution architect, customer representatives and partners to derive towards the most cost

effective solution
- Responsible for Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to align delivery strategies and address

any service or infrastructure challenges
- Required Skills/Experience
- Good exposure on Devops/Agile/AWS Cloud Flavours.
- Good exposure to customer facing roles in implementation, Roll Out and Support Engagements.
- Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution.
- Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality.
- Good communication & articulation skills.
- Experience to guide / mentor delivery teams with artefacts / tools / accelerators.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud infrastructure operations - Primarily AWS
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), including SLAs, KPIs and performance management

Nice to have

EBS would be a definite advantage.
- Cloud platforms: Experience of AWS/AZURE

Qualification and experience
- B.Tech. or equivalent degree from a reputed university
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of Project or service delivery management skills with overall experience of minimum

10 years.
- ITIL Foundation/PMP/Prince2 will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,247,170.43 - ₹1,557,505.16 per year
