The Service Delivery Excellence will develop and maintain a constructive relationship with business stakeholders and collaborate with the Global Infra Servicing Teams, to ensure business and servicing teams are adequately and consistently supported.
- To be successful in the role it is important to gain a thorough understanding of Global Infra landscape.
- The role will also work to ensure to conduct change impact analysis, documenting RCA, implementing effective change communication plans, creating and delivering training on Incident, Problem and Change Management Processes.
- The role is expected to identify proactive reoccuring issues, generate trend analysis, identify and drive improvement projects, resolve conflicts, prepare and present management reporting.The Service Delivery Excellence role will act as Single Point of Contact for Global Infra servicing teams with regards to Incident, Problem and Change Management Processes and would be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as supporting projects, managing escalations, resolving conflicts, ensuring incidents/problem tasks are closed, perform change analysis, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and management reporting.

**Primary Skills**:

- Experience in driving improvement projects.
- Experience driving quality of deliverables, process compliance, and measurement of project/process performance.

**Secondary Skills**:

- Possess knowledge on ITIL framework
- Experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery Excellence
