Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infra AI Engineer located in Bengaluru South. The Infra AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining AI infrastructure, implementing AI algorithms, and optimizing machine learning models. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing cloud services, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of AI solutions. The engineer will also be involved in continuous monitoring and improvement of AI systems to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities


•
AI for Infra (AIOps):

o Build and deploy AI/ML models for log analysis, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and incident management.

o Automate monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows using AI.

o Leverage AI to improve system reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.


• Infra for AI (MLOps/AI Platform):

o Design and manage infrastructure for model training, deployment, and scaling (on-premise and cloud).

o Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML models and data pipelines.

o Optimize GPU/CPU resource allocation for AI workloads.

o Maintain observability, monitoring, and governance of deployed AI systems.

Collaboration & Strategy:

o Partner with data scientists and application teams to productionize ML models.

o Work closely with infra/DevOps teams to bring AI-driven automation to IT operations.

o Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AIOps and MLOps tools to improve productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Strong background in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/Docker.


• Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).


• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.


• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog).


• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).


• Experience in automation & AI for IT operations (AIOps) is a plus.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across DevOps, AI, and infra domains. Good to Have


• Exposure to distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, Dask).


• Experience with data engineering pipelines (Airflow, Kafka, dbt).


• Knowledge of security and compliance in AI deployments.


• Familiarity with generative AI/LLMs for ops automation and knowledge management.
