**Job Title**:
IT Infra Architect

Responsibilities/Duties: (in brief)
- Build secure solutions, writing requirements, testing and delivery. This includes working
- across both new and legacy systems, across a mixture of client and internal technical
- projects to support the wider business with their everyday functions
- Help maintain the quality system for the solution development processes, standard
- operating procedures and governance frameworks
- Delivery responsibility for systems and technology infrastructure utilised by Webhelp, the
- delivery of all system related KPI’s (uptime/fix time/etc)
- Deliver cost and infrastructure architecture to agreed objectives and to meet cost and quality
- outcomes
- Develop and support Webhelp systems architecture and infrastructure, engaging with the
operational teams and build action plans to deliver exceptional service.
- Maximise Client, Third Party and Supplier satisfaction through outstanding delivery
- Ensure compliance with agreed policies and processes, constantly ensuring alignment with
both Client and Webhelp business objectives
- Develop and supportWebhelp systems architecture and infrastructure, engaging with the
operational teams and build action plans to deliver exceptional service.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- 10 years (+) experience in IT with much of it in infrastructure design and delivery
Demonstrable knowledge in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, with associated supporting
qualifications preferred
- Knowledge of designing and deploying solutions to operate within financial services, or other
regulated entities very desirable
