**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LinkedIn Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to our LinkedIn page, and generate quality leads. You will collaborate closely with management to align LinkedIn campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products, services, and thought leadership content.
- Optimize our LinkedIn profile and page for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling LinkedIn posts, articles, and advertisements that resonate with our target audience.
- Build and nurture relationships with LinkedIn influencers and industry professionals to expand our network.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, best practices, and platform changes to recommend and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure LinkedIn content aligns with overall content strategy and messaging.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on LinkedIn campaign performance to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor’s degree - in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, including campaign management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn platform features, advertising options, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the EU and US market and business practices is a plus
