**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for content planning, execution, engagement, and performance tracking across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Schedule posts and manage daily activity using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages promptly
- Analyze performance using insights & analytics tools
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creative campaigns
- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for performance

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of proven SMM experience
- Strong knowledge of platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic understanding of paid advertising
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is a plus
