- Filing of statutory forms.
- Conducting AGM, EGM & BM.
- Preparation of Minutes of AGM, EGM & BM.
- Fundamental knowledge of Tax laws.
- Liasoning with auditors, consultants & other stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATION**:Company Secretary & LLB
