Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and handle tasks independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in routine procedural requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, including the conduct of Board, Committee, and shareholder meetings, as well as maintaining and updating various registers/records under the Act.

Additional responsibilities will include assisting in non-routine activities under the aforementioned legislations, such as compounding applications and approval applications, as well as managing corporate restructuring within the organization and its group.

In addition, the Compliance Officer will be responsible for handling annual filing and related compliances, managing corporate actions relating to filings with depositories, registrar, and share transfer agent, and liaising with various regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an individual who is a quick learner, able to adapt to challenging situations, and possesses excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
