Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services and institutions, with a strong background in corporate compliance policies and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and MBA in Finance.
- 2-4 years of experience with financial services/institutions.
- Manage queries from employees and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Perform UAT for system changes/enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Basic knowledge of corporate compliance policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
