From UrbanWood is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join
our showroom team. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect
furniture solutions while ensuring a smooth and satisfying buying experience.
**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Greet walk-in customers warmly and assist them throughout the showroom visit.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Provide detailed information on features, pricing, customization, and materials.
- Coordinate with backend teams for product availability, pricing, and dispatch.
- Maintain in-store product displays and ensure visual appeal.
- Process orders accurately and guide customers on payment and delivery timelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
**Skills & Qualifications Required:
- **
- 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred: Sales/Marketing/Interior Design background).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and trends is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends, and holiday schedules.
