**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.
- Promote products/services, explain offerings, and generate interest.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Handle customer objections or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Keep records of calls and customer responses using call tracking software.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone presence.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
