Customer Service Advisor

**Job Brief**
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound voice calls** with international customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs and **promote relevant products or services**.
- Meet or exceed **sales targets and performance KPIs** on a regular basis.
- Ensure **customer satisfaction** by addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
- Record and maintain accurate information of all customer interactions in **CRM systems**.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
**Education**
- **Minimum Qualification**: 12th Pass
- **Preferred**: Graduate in any discipline
**Experience**
- Minimum **1 year experience** in an **international voice process**, preferably in **B2C sales**.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling customer objections effectively.
**Behavioral & Technical Skills**
- **Fluent in English** - both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and **communication skills**.
- **Persuasive selling ability** and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools**, **MS Excel**, and basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and **manage time effectively**.
- Willingness to work in **rotational/night shifts**, depending on process requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
