**What you will do**
- Must be familiar with organizing technical, functional, and behavioral training programs
- Collaborate with managers to determine the training needs of different departments
- End-to-end vendor management: Organize, schedule, action, and external trainer evaluations
- End-to-end management of training programs: Plan, schedule, report, and record attendance, feedback, and pre and post-training assessments
- End-to-end management reporting: Record and periodically review the report and update complex training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines, and work under mínimal supervision

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a training coordinator, learning and development specialist, or a related position
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams (all 3 must) MS PowerPoint, and Zoom (optional)
