- **Academic Planning**: Work with students to create academic schedules that align with their career goals and personal interests.
- **Workshops & Seminars**: Conduct educational workshops on topics like career planning, study skills, time management, and stress management.
- **Research and Resources**: Stay updated on the latest trends in education, career opportunities, scholarships, and university admission requirements to provide students with relevant and accurate information.
- **Personal Development**: Help students build self-confidence, develop interpersonal skills, and foster emotional resilience to succeed academically and socially.
- **Communication**: Maintain regular communication with students, faculty, and parents to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work alongside teachers, academic coordinators, and career services to ensure students’ needs are met holistically.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification in Counseling or Career Guidance (e.g., NCC, GCE or similar).
- Minimum [X] years of experience in educational counseling, academic advising, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
- In-depth knowledge of educational institutions, admission processes, and career development trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
