**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive **Admission Counselor** to guide and convert prospective students and parents for our **11th & 12th Science (NEET, JEE, CET)** and **Commerce (CA Foundation)** programs. The counselor will be the first point of contact and must effectively communicate the value and structure of our academic offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about the various courses (NEET, JEE, CET, CA Foundation) and career paths in Science and Commerce.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and leads generated via marketing campaigns.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
- Maintain follow-up with interested students/parents until final admission.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission data using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of admitted students.

Pay: ₹11,592.23 - ₹25,000.36 per month
