Job Summary:
IIMS, a 15-year-old institute based in Pune, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Education/Admission Counselor to join our team. The counselor will engage with working professionals, recognize their career goals, and provide personalized guidance on the best educational courses offered by IIMS in partnership with Indian state universities. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and offer comprehensive support throughout their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to prospective students, especially working professionals, and understand their career aspirations and goals.

3. Provide detailed information on the admissions process, course structure, and benefits of enrolling in IIMS programs.

4. Convince and enroll potential students by showcasing the value of education and how IIMS can help them succeed.

5. Offer continuous support to students, not just during admissions but throughout the course, ensuring they complete their studies successfully.

6. Stay informed about the latest courses offered by partner universities and communicate this effectively to students.

7. Participate in outreach programs like seminars, webinars, and education fairs to boost student enrollments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

Strong experience in education counseling, especially with online courses.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify students’ career goals and offer tailored guidance.

High energy and convincing skills to motivate students to take admissions.

A proactive approach to supporting students in completing their courses and achieving success.

Pay: ₹11,291.27 - ₹18,000.00 per month
