*Responsibilities:*

1. Recruit and counsel prospective students through the admissions process.

3. Conduct informational sessions and interviews with prospective students and families.

4. Provide accurate and timely information about academic programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.

5. Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to facilitate the admissions process.

6. Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.

7. Maintain records and databases related to admissions activities.

8. Stay informed about trends and developments in higher education and admissions policies.

9. Assist with orientation and other student enrollment activities.

10. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.

*Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or counseling.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Knowledge of college admissions processes and requirements.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems.

7. Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.

8. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
