Job DescriptionRole Summary:
As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in helping prospective students understand the educational opportunities available, guiding them through the admissions process, and helping them select the program best suited to their aspirations and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Counseling**: Engage with potential students, understand their educational background, interests, and goals, and provide guidance on available programs.
- **Outreach and Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, promoting the organization’s programs and educational offerings.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with prospective students to answer queries, provide updates, and offer support throughout the enrollment process.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and participating in open houses, informational sessions, webinars, and other promotional events.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and student expectations to improve outreach efforts.

**Required Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to empathize with and support prospective students, creating a welcoming and informative experience.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A student-first approach, ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the education or counseling field.
- **Degree**: Associate Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
