**Job Title**: Fabrication Supervisor

**Location**: Aroor, Ernakulam

**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month plus incentives

**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years in fabrication supervision

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the fabrication workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team, including fitters, welders, and other technicians.
- Ensure all fabrication work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret technical drawings and plan fabrication processes.
- Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fabrication supervisory role, preferably within the cold chain or refrigeration industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to fabrication and workshop environments.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment.
