**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions in pipe fitting and fabrication.
- Demonstrate safe and efficient use of tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Guide trainees in developing technical skills as per industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workshop discipline.
- Maintain training materials, tools, and machinery in good condition.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Centre Supervisor and management for smooth training operations.
- Prepare training reports, attendance records, and skill assessments.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Fitter trade.**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in pipe fitting, fabrication
- Strong practical knowledge in fabrication, welding, and fitting operations.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience in a training institute or skill development project will be an added advantage

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
