**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening**
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and suitability.
- Share client/job updates and ensure transparency.
- Understand job descriptions in detail, especially for specialist roles (e.g., Welders, Pipe Fitters, Technicians, Engineers).
- Stay updated on Oil & Gas job trends, salary structures, and skill requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired positions.
- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Maintain proper data handling as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and client requirements.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas job roles and terminologies.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience using recruitment tools and job portals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR preferred).
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience (Oil & Gas recruitment is an added advantage).
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
