You’ll play a key role in building strong, capable teams across departments by identifying and attracting top talent.Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.- Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs.- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.- Conduct market research to understand current hiring trends, competitors recruitment strategies, salary structures, and employer branding and talent availability.- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities and execute campus recruitment hiringWhat We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).- Excellent communication ,Initial Negotiation skill and stakeholder management skills.- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.- Ability to manage multiple open positions under tight timelines.
