- TO SOURCE CVs THROUGH SUPPLIERS IN TAMIL NADU, KARNATAKA AND

KERALA
- TO SOURCE THROUGH ONLINE PORTALS, SOCIAL MEDIA LIKE FACEBOOK,

ETC.
- TO SOURCE THROUGH LINKEDIN AND OTHER LOCAL SITES LIKE OLX,

QUIKR

**Interview Process Management**
- TO CONDUCT AUDIO INTERVIEWS
- TO CONDUCT VIDEO INTERVIEWS
- FINALIZE CANDIDATES FOR CLIENT INTERVIEW
- RECEIVE AND DROP THE CLIENT AT AIRPORT
- ARRANGE SOMEONE TO PICK UP CLIENT FROM HOTEL FOR INTERVIEW
- ARRANGE TO BOOK HALL FOR INTERVIEW OR TESTING CENTRES
- TO RECEIVE CLIENTS AND ARRANGE FOR THE INTERVIEW

**Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities**
- TO MAINTAIN THE NOTICE BOARD AND UPDATE WITH LATEST OPENINGS
- TO COORDINATE WITH FACEBOOK AGENTS TO PUBLISH VACANCIES IN

THE LOCAL JOB GROUPS
- TO MAINTAIN THE INTERVIEW ATTENDANCE REGISTER
- TO MAINTAIN THE DAILY TASK DIARY
- TO TAKE FRIENDS’ REFERRAL FORM FROM THE CANDIDATES WHO WALK

IN
- TO CREATE WHATSAPP GROUP
- CREATE NEW POSTS AND UPLOAD IN BROADCAST GROUP
- GIVE THE FINALIZED CANDIDATES AFTER SELECTION TO THE

INTERVIEWING MANAGERS TO INTERVIEW AND THEN FORMATTING BY

RECRUITERS
- MAINTAIN THE TRACKER OF THE CVs SENT TO CLIENTS JOB ORDER-WISE**Post-Selection & Mobilization Coordination**:

- ONCE OFFER LETTERS ARE RECEIVED, COORDINATE WITH CROs AND

ARRANGE TO CALL THE CANDIDATES, AND EXPLAIN THE SALARY AND

TERMS. IF APPROVED, OPEN THE FILE, GET THE OFFER LETTER SIGNED

AND THEN SEND TO MOBILIZATION DEPARTMENT FOR FURTHER

PROCESSING

**Reporting & Documentation**
- MAINTAIN ALL REPORTS AND REGISTERS
- SEND DAILY REPORT TO MANAGEMENT AND SECRETARIES

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sourcing & Recruitment: 2 years (preferred)
