**Job Title: Fitter**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Assembly**: Assist in the installation and assembly of tank components, including pipes, valves, and other fittings, according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- **Maintenance and Repair**: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing tank systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Quality Control**: Perform quality checks and inspections on materials and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- **Technical Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers and project managers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the construction and installation phases.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a fitter, preferably in the tank construction or industrial sector.
- **Skills**: Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics; experience with welding, cutting, and fitting processes.
- **Safety Training**: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to construction and industrial work.
- **Team Player**: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

**Education**:

- Relevant vocational training or certification in mechanical fitting or a related field is preferred.
