**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Metal Fabrication**: Utilize various tools, machinery, and techniques to cut, bend, shape, and weld metal components according to blueprints, CAD designs, and technical specifications.
- **Material Selection**: Assess different types of metals (e.g., steel, aluminum) and choose the appropriate materials based on strength, durability, safety standards, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough inspections of fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards, including dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and surface finish.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, provide feedback on manufacturability, and suggest improvements in materials or fabrication processes.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot fabrication issues, such as material defects, welding defects, or dimensional inaccuracies, and implement corrective measures to maintain production efficiency.
- **Efficiency Optimization**: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline fabrication processes, minimize material waste, and improve productivity without compromising quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of fabrication activities, including materials used, production timelines, and quality inspection reports, to ensure traceability and accountability.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on fabrication equipment to keep them in optimal working condition and coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs or upgrades as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
