Ship Repair Fabrication Supervisor

Lead and manage a team of fabricators and welders in the execution of ship repair and fabrication tasks.
- Plan daily schedules and allocate tasks to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that tasks are completed according to quality standards and design specifications.
- Ensure that all repairs, modifications, and fabrications comply with company quality standards, client requirements, and industry regulations.
- Inspect completed work to verify accuracy, strength, and quality.
- Work closely with quality assurance and control teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and provide guidance on safe equipment usage and handling hazardous materials.
- Coordinate with other supervisors, project managers, and engineers to resolve fabrication issues and meet project requirements.
- Participate in production meetings to report progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Communicate clearly with the team to provide updates, instructions, and guidance.
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for fabrication tasks.
- Report material shortages and equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize work interruptions.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including work progress, material usage, and incident reports.
- Submit regular reports to the production manager, outlining completed work, issues, and any pending tasks.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
