Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the fabrication team in assembling reefer bodies and refrigeration systems for trucks.
- Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure all fabrication work adheres to company and industry standards, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on completed units to maintain high product standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
- Maintain records of production, inventory, and team performance.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training sessions for team members as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for fabrication-related challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fabrication supervision, preferably in a manufacturing setting related to cold chain, refrigeration, or automotive industries.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of welding, sheet metal fabrication, assembly processes, and interpreting technical drawings.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Education**: Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or a related field (preferred).
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in manufacturing or fabricating refrigerated or insulated truck bodies.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices in the manufacturing industry.

Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
