Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads within F&B, Hospitality, and Retail industries.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition.
- Close high-value deals (₹5 lakhs+ ticket size) and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to position Rare Ideas effectively.
- Represent Rare Ideas at industry events, networking meetups, and conferences to build connections.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in branding, marketing, or design agencies.
- Proven track record of handling and closing high-ticket clients (₹5 lakhs+).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a passion for building client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of F&B, Hospitality, and Retail industries is a big plus.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-starter attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
