**Position - Executive Inside Sales**
**Rolls & Resposibilities**
- Book appointments for the Field sales team and update via CRM system - VIEW
- Review and analyze sales data for better business growth.
- Manage sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting, and take corrective action where necessary.
- Create Brand value with Builders, Architects, and Consultants. Send the latest updates.
- Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- May also be involved in order intake administrative-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in VIEW.
- Develop as a VT planner for building and maintaining relationships with architects Designers and consultants, educating them about company Products and Solutions and Reference Projects in the Region and Pan India as a whole.
- Build the most robust project pipeline to contribute to the Company’s growth and support branches to achieve their sales targets.
- Develop account profiles, identify key buying personas, and report important account developments in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrates commitment to Company Core Values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
- Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills.
**Minimum requirements**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
- **Years of Experience**:At least 1 year of related experience. Telemarketing sales experience preferred.
**Knowledge, skills, and abilities**
- Demonstrated organizational, oral, written, and listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent selling and account management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- CRM, Power BI - Added advantage.
- MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
