Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Mahatma Nagar, Nashik
Timing: 11.00am to 7.00pm
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items during meetings.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, liaise with vendors, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and other business-related functions.
- Document Management: Maintain, organize, and track important documents and files for the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in coordinating international travel and handling complex schedules.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
