**Job Description**:
**Role Summary/Purpose**:
This role is responsible for testing initiatives tied to credit card and statement package content & fulfillment; design, production of materials (including manufacturing), and system configuration strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and executing test scripts along with documenting the results and confirming they meet expectations. You will partner with the core Plastic/Statement teams to enhance and improve test scripts through continuous improvement. The role will include Monthly Production Validation of Statement Marketing Offers. The role will also partner with the productivity team to measure process control and provide oversight of existing documented controls.
Marketing Activation Testing Analyst are members of a Marketing Agile pod inside the Statement, Plastic, or Productivity teams. Individuals in this role will rotate through all teams over time.
This role will be the central point of contact and escalation point for a team of 5 performing similar tasks.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. **Essential Responsibilities**:
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate results to various levels of the organization.
- Interact with clients to understand product requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design.
- Establish strong audit and control processes for production validation of statements to ensure high quality standards.
- Manage UAT team of 5 and escalate issues on time to meet the delivery within timelines.
- Develop appropriate status reports and engage with business/interfaces/senior management to effectively communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Proactively leverage expertise available cross functionally to deliver positive business impacts.
- Review software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
- Analyze/review the test cases prepared by other team members.
- Expert knowledge on credit cards domain/testing proceses.
- Lead Analysis and execution of specific test scripts based on request/project type from the plastic/statement teams. For example
- PCF, DQ, PEP Template changes, SPA Expansion.
- Measure control effectiveness using predetermined scripts to determine overall process quality.
- Generate/share reports to correct Plastic/Statement and surveillance team members. This will require Excel, Tableau, and Fiserv IDP skill sets.
- Production validation on monthly marketing campaigns.
- Ensure strong audit for every marketing campaign ensuring the creative and file selections are accurate.
- Identify, own and drive issues to resolution.
- Drive culture of innovation to introduce automation initiatives.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s/ master's degree in computer science or IT.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in test analysis in the Financial Service industry
- Ability to track and write articulate reports on technical assessments.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple tasks or escalate when appropriate.
- Attention to detail will be critical in the role.
- Experience of working with multiple teams and able to drive the results.
- Experience with Fiserv system configuration tools: PCF, DecisionQuest®, SCS, and PEP
- Exposure to green screen and testing concepts.
- Strong project management skills & attention to detail.

**Desired Characteristics**:
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience on MS office tools (Excel, Word & Power point).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with US stakeholders or offshore clients.
- Outstanding communication, relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
