NetCom Learning is seeking a AVP of Marketing into Digital Marketing, Website, Branding & Social to lead end-to-end digital strategy, expand our reach, and strengthen our brand positioning. What You'll Do

1. Demand Generation & Growth Strategy

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, paid media, ABM, email, retargeting).
  • Drive measurable pipeline acceleration and optimize ROI.

2. Website Growth & Conversion Optimization

  • Own website strategy, UX/UI improvements, and A/B testing.
  • Scale traffic to 1M+ monthly visitors and maximize lead conversion rates.

3. Brand, Communications & Social Media

  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Build and execute high-impact social media strategies to engage audiences and grow community presence.
  • Manage PR, thought leadership, and influencer partnerships to enhance credibility.

4. Leadership & Innovation

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of digital, AI, and social trends to maintain competitive edge.
