You would be expected to perform the following functions (although one must strongly bear in mind that this would evolve as the organization grows):

- Teach/engage children of different grades **offline i**n private and government schools in Bangalore.
- Create curiosity-inducing curriculum, content, and formats for school children.
- Create a learning environment in your **offline classroom** that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children.
- Fulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.
- Liaising with parents on the progress of the children.

**Who is this role ideal for?**
- You are excited by the unique opportunity to teach and create curriculum for children, and to create a learning experience unlike any other.
- While we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have spent 2-3 years in facilitation and/or content creation role. Freshers are also welcomed to apply.
- You are comfortable working with and learning from children, sometimes forty at a time.
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Team player, flexible and open to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹500.00 per hour
