Facilitator

We are looking at hiring a Facilitator to facilitate, design and build curriculum and content in working with children and adults from vulnerable and special needs populations through one-on-one and group sessions in a full-time format.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Curate inclusive learning experiences for beneficiaries at Snehadhara Foundation, using arts-based methodologies aligned with their curriculum and learning goals.
Facilitate one-on-one for children and adults with diverse special needs during scheduled engagement days.
Design and facilitate arts-based activities to foster inclusive learning environments for small groups.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all sessions, including participant engagement, activities conducted, and key observations.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing the progress of beneficiaries, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for future sessions.
Develop and implement individualized progress mapping for each beneficiary, regularly reviewing and updating these maps to reflect ongoing growth.
QUALIFICATION:
Graduation or post-graduation in Psychology/Humanities/Social Work. Training in Arts-based therapy or Expressive Arts Therapy will be an advantage.
Experience in social sector will be an advantage
Trained in any art form will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Kannada will be an added advantage.
Proven skills in content writing and documentation.
Good understanding of available technologies including computing skills to ensure effective remote programme delivery and monitoring.
Passion for working in the development sector and making a difference.
Passion for working through the Arts and building inclusive spaces.
