Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilitator located in Bengaluru. The Facilitator will be responsible for delivering thematic, play-based curriculum to children, ensuring their holistic development. Daily tasks include planning and conducting educational activities, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and providing real-time updates to parents. The Facilitator will also work closely with parents to discuss children's progress and any concerns. Additionally, the Facilitator will support the centre in various operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in early childhood education, planning and conducting educational activities, and ensuring children's holistic development
  • Skills in maintaining safety and security, and providing real-time parent updates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is a plus
  • Certification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education is advantageous
