Job Title: Junior Facilitator (Client Engagement and Training)

Work Location Bangalore, KA/Delhi

Working Conditions: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to client sites for offline facilitation. May involve meeting tight deadlines or supporting multiple sessions simultaneously.

General Purpose Under the guidance of the Senior Manager – Training and Content Design, the Junior Facilitator – Client Engagement and Training supports facilitation of online and offline sessions for Silver Oak Health's clients. This includes co-facilitation, moderation, and providing operational support for training delivery, as well as contributing to session preparation and content curation. This role is designed for early-career professionals eager to learn, grow, and develop facilitation expertise.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior facilitators in preparing and delivering online and offline sessions for clients.
  • Curate and adapt slides, activities, and related collaterals for sessions.
  • Co-facilitate and moderate employee wellness [EWAP] webinars in online formats.
  • Support onsite activities such as kiosks, floor walks, and awareness campaigns.
  • Provide logistical and technical support during both virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of new session content and engagement activities.
  • Participate in internal team meetings to align on facilitation schedules and content design.

  • Professional written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • As a member of the Client Engagement and Training team, participate in other CET related projects as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Minimum Education Requirements – Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, HR, or equivalent.

Specific Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in facilitation, counselling, or training (internships and academic project work are considered relevant).
